We had won the second place..
very unfortunately we lose 1 point to Smpch at the final game..
I won the Top 3 point player in this tourment~
anyways, we try our best to make miracle,
So.. team well done all

The long time ago photo when i was representative my school to have a hand ball match.

We just only won the second place..

That's already a great result..

Mssm 2012 was passed

Mssm 2012 is ended..
We have alot of fun when we were at klang..

We just only got into second round and lose to Perak.
We try to play well..
But lastly we also lose the match..
老话一句:
Even we lose the match, but at least we try

last day of the mssm
we have alot of fun at that day..
we wake up early and waiting for the bus to go for support selangor girl in the final game..
but suddenly the bus drive phone to teacher and tell her that our bus was broke..
OMG!
we cant see the final match..
At the time,
i was sad..

After awhile,
the drive phone our teacher again and said that he will come at 12p.m.
but the time they are already start their match..
and we still need to wait for our boy to eat their branch..
when we reach the court,
it ady are quarter 2 and almost finish..

Selangor lose the match to Melaka,
and they just only get the 2nd,
but i know they are trying to play well..


After the closing ceremony,
we take alot of photo with different state player..

After that we went to shopping mall until 10p.m.

After we back to hostel,

we clear our thing because next day in the early morning wanna back ady.

after we clear our thing,

we block a player from sarawak

and capture with her

After that we play water together,

we have alot of fun there,

we play almost ki siao ady

around 2a.m.

we stop playing the water and we sit and the stairs and talk alot

and some of the kedah player come and join us to talk

After alittle while,

i went to ask iris to change jersey,

and lastly i change with her but it is number 14..

3:30a.m.

we went to bath and take our luggage go the bus there..

1 of the strong girl (Kar Mei) came to help us and take it..

thanks her so much..

after thatb we go to the place that sarawak waiting bus there

and say bye bye to them 

and have a hug with 雅琪..

After that we went up to our bus.

and the bus of sarawak was reach..

At 4a.m. we start bus and go back..

sarawak player also go to airport because their plane at 715a.m.

I have a sweet memory ended at setia alam  (klang)

有时候，真的很hurt

今天是练习MSSM的第二天，
累死了，
昨天跑了总共７０圈，
分两个section
今天跑了６０圈，
一个section

教练是不是要拿我们的命？
跑完了立刻跑楼梯１５set，
然后就丢水球，
之后就转哑铃，
接着跑追足赛（Full speed 三圈）
然后就进行５on ５


接下来就是我们最紧张的时刻了咯，
公布十三位球员的名单，
在那一刻，
我的心，
跳得非常快，
公布后，
我和我的一个朋友都有暂时被选，
还要踢一个，
心里还是非常的害怕！


当公布的时候，
两个人哭了，
虽然他们还小，
可是其中一个很好，
不知道为什么教练不要选她！


教练对他们说的那一番话，
真的很hurt！


之后，
教练对我和Ban说，
如果这次的比赛再看到我和他的体能和速度没有增加，
下一个比赛就要和队友们说再见了，
不是再见，
是永远都不再见


我自问！
我的体能已经有增加了，
去年４０圈我已经跑去呕了，
可是今年我还可以挨到６０圈完！
这还不算增加吗请问？！


也许我天生下来就是要被人家踩着，
被人家骂，
被人家笑，
我也在想，
几时在哪个落选的名单中可以找到我的名！
也许很快。。。

痛苦的日子来了

明天将会是MSSM２０１２练球的第一天，
相信一定会很喘！
怎么办，
最近好像有好多东西要忙！
Choral Speaking，
Rentas Desa，
考试，
功课，
温习，
练球，
等等！！


感觉好stress！！
希望明天可以轻松一点！
刚才去做gym了，
因为怕突然要练球，
适应不来！
希望可以适应，
明天加油吧！！

MSSK 2012 was pass

The MSSK 2012 Basketball match was pass by the last saturday
We just only get the 3rd place..
It is too bad?
I think so..
So that we must add oil and train hard for the next year.


somebody say we are still young?
no, other people are younger than us..

Train hard is the best choice for us!
