有时候，真的很hurt

今天是练习MSSM的第二天，
累死了，
昨天跑了总共７０圈，
分两个section
今天跑了６０圈，
一个section

教练是不是要拿我们的命？
跑完了立刻跑楼梯１５set，
然后就丢水球，
之后就转哑铃，
接着跑追足赛（Full speed 三圈）
然后就进行５on ５


接下来就是我们最紧张的时刻了咯，
公布十三位球员的名单，
在那一刻，
我的心，
跳得非常快，
公布后，
我和我的一个朋友都有暂时被选，
还要踢一个，
心里还是非常的害怕！


当公布的时候，
两个人哭了，
虽然他们还小，
可是其中一个很好，
不知道为什么教练不要选她！


教练对他们说的那一番话，
真的很hurt！


之后，
教练对我和Ban说，
如果这次的比赛再看到我和他的体能和速度没有增加，
下一个比赛就要和队友们说再见了，
不是再见，
是永远都不再见


我自问！
我的体能已经有增加了，
去年４０圈我已经跑去呕了，
可是今年我还可以挨到６０圈完！
这还不算增加吗请问？！


也许我天生下来就是要被人家踩着，
被人家骂，
被人家笑，
我也在想，
几时在哪个落选的名单中可以找到我的名！
也许很快。。。

痛苦的日子来了

明天将会是MSSM２０１２练球的第一天，
相信一定会很喘！
怎么办，
最近好像有好多东西要忙！
Choral Speaking，
Rentas Desa，
考试，
功课，
温习，
练球，
等等！！


感觉好stress！！
希望明天可以轻松一点！
刚才去做gym了，
因为怕突然要练球，
适应不来！
希望可以适应，
明天加油吧！！

MSSK 2012 was pass

The MSSK 2012 Basketball match was pass by the last saturday
We just only get the 3rd place..
It is too bad?
I think so..
So that we must add oil and train hard for the next year.

no, other people are younger than us..

Train hard is the best choice for us!
